Chilling Creepypastas (Ep. 12) "Good Customer Service" by a-lot-like-violence

Good Customer Service
I'd like to take a minute to discuss Adam with you. I've been reviewing some of his recently self-reported evaluations and I have to say that I have some concerns.
Adam listed his top priority to be overall guest comfort throughout their stay. He goes into details about going the extra mile to assure they're treated with the utmost care available. He claims to have received positive feedback, going so far as to include several hand-written customer service reviews scribbled on random pieces of paper. Which, might I add, are all very clearly written in the same exact hand-writing. He then goes on to describe what a typical morning entails for himself, listing the first task he accomplishes being to ask each guest if they're satisfied with their stay, and if there's anything he can do to help them better enjoy their visit. He notes typical responses to be that of appreciation, with most guests wanting nothing more than fresh sheets, to which he claims to always make his top priority, immediately replacing the old sheets with new ones. I'm also especially concerned with his comment about placing mints on their beds after he's changed the sheets. Though I guess that answers the why members of the staff have reported finding mints throughout the facility.
And while I'm well aware that Adam has been a dedicated employee for many years now, we can't ignore this kind of behavior and falsification. I reached this conclusion after reading the very bottom of the evaluation document, where Adam squeezed in a few lines to share his opinion concerning room temperatures. He writes that many of our guests have complained about the rooms being too cold, and asking if the heat could be turned up. He expresses his disappointment with having to deny their request, due to our strict policy about maintaining cooled temperatures inside the morgue. Adam has been warned several times in past occurrences to refrain from turning up the heat, and I'm afraid we cannot allow this kind of behavior to continue. The rest of our staff have started to smell the decay of the bodies before opportunity to perform the autopsies arises. So unfortunately, I believe we're going to have to let Adam go...
